The website says "The Brooklyn Literary Review is an online journal featuring new and established writers in Brooklyn. We prefer short and comical stories, often dirty, that can be read on your lunch break."
The journal doesn't list a staff and it's on a blogspot website, but the odd thing is that the story is actually funny and short enough to read online. I guess you just need good taste these days to make an online journal worth reading. I wonder what these people and these people think of it. It may not be the most important journal of our time, but it got a laugh out of me and the price is right.
